Message from the founder
After a four year battle with kidney cancer, my husband Craig passed away.
He was the love of my life and we dreamed of having a family together. Unfortunately for us, this particular dream never became reality. For a year and a half I participated in fertility treatments, and at the end of my journey, although it did not result in a baby, the experience inspired me to advocate for and support others impacted by cancer in their desire to have a family.
Fertility treatments are costly and are not covered by private insurance. This is an opportunity to honor the love and strength of my late husband while creating hope for others.
Fertile Hopes, Inc is a nonprofit run strictly by volunteers. Donations will provide individuals and families impacted by cancer financial assistance for otherwise cost prohibitive fertility treatments.
Contending with a diagnosis of cancer in any form can be daunting at any stage of life.
I have a friend who survived brain cancer as a teenager but due to the treatment she is currently infertile. When she was a teenager, egg freezing for future use was not an option available to her. It is the mission of Fertile Hopes, Inc to make this option as well as others available to individuals impacted by cancer to support their hope for a future.
Please support us in offering hope for a future to the ever growing number of individuals and families impacted by cancer.
When my husband was diagnosed and deemed terminal, he and I swore to each other that cancer would not dictate our lives or determine our future. Fertile Hopes, Inc is a chance to make good on that promise…
We are a 501c(3) not for profit organization.
